Our Story
The idea of Wild came about at the end of 2020. My son, Wilder, was in the ICU and diagnosed with a rare disease. While we waited for answers and sat in the hospital I came up with the idea of making a fiberglass, driving ice shack. Though I am not to that point yet, I have designed and built a fiberglass ice shack trailer.

This was an idea I have had for a long time. I began building the mold in 2020 while my son Wilder was in the hospital, 2 hours away, for 7 months. He has a rare genetic disorder. It was something to occupy the time after work. I also really enjoy hunting, fishing, building things, and the outdoors in general. Hence the name Wild from Wilder, and the idea.

It is a camper, ice shack, toy hauler, skid house. We can build it for whatever purpose you have in mind and love working with customers to create options to meet their needs.

Built from high-quality fiberglass and foam, it's stronger and longer-lasting than anything on the market. That on top of the aluminum frame makes it one of the lightest trailers available, weighing only 1800 pounds, so you can pull it with an SUV or small pickup.
